Booking an Appointment
Call the clinic or hit the 'book appointment' button below . For urgent or same-day appointments please call directly. New patient bookings must be made by phone — wait times vary with demands.
New Patients
New patients are welcome at all three locations. Registration forms can be completed in person at the clinic on the day or, via the online booking platform when booking online.
What to Bring
Medicare card, Health Care Card (if applicable), Pension card (if applicable) · Current medications list , Referral letters or recent test results, Parent or guardian for patients under 16.
Telehealth
Phone and video consultations are available for appropriate appointments. Book by phone or online.
Saturday Morning Clinic
We're open every Saturday morning at Port Fairy for urgent, on-the-day appointments. Just call us at 9am when we open to book your spot — no need to wait until Monday.
