Port Fairy Medical Clinic is a mixed billing practice. Bulk billing is available at the discretion of your treating doctor and assessed on a case by case basis. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact the rooms to discuss your situation — we are always happy to help where we can.
Our reception team can answer any questions about fees before your appointment — please call your nearest clinic. A Medicare rebate is available for most consultations. There is no gap fee. Payment is required on the day of consultation. If you are unable to pay, please contact us prior to your appointment to discuss further. We accept EFTPOS, cash, and Medicare online claiming at the time of payment.
We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee. To reschedule, please call your nearest clinic as soon as possible.
